With his application, the competitor accepts the rules of participation
The organizers will disqualify/remove any model from the competition that is considered inappropriate and offensive.
According to the age of the competitors, the categories are divided into three types:
Kids (up to 12 years of age)
Juniors (13 to 17 years of age)
Seniors (18 years of age or older)
Any change regarding the application of the model on the day of the competition itself is possible until the last time limit for applications (set in the timetable), determined by the organizer.
Models submitted in the wrong categories will not be judged or entered into the final ranking.
All models can compete in special categories, regardless of whether they have participated in a previous competition.
It is possible to register in the regular categories only with models that did not participate in the competitive part of the Zagreb Scale Model Show in the regular categories in previous years. If it is determined that a model competed in one of the previous Zagreb Scale Model Show events, it will not be evaluated and will be dissqualified.
A model that was in the regular category at the last Zagreb Cup can only be entered in a special category at the current/future Zagreb Scale Model Show if it satisfies the theme of that category.
The organizers have the right to divide or combine regular categories if the need arises
Documentation with the model is not mandatory, but it is desirable if the author wants to indicate his own modifications, built-in additions, etc.
The number of registered models per competitor is not limited
The organizer disclaims responsibility for possible damage to the models
JUDGING:
All categories are judged by groups of judges
In each category, a group of 3 judges determines the score and order of the models
The judges review all the submitted models in the category and make a selection which models will be judged
The category in which the model of one of the judges is located will be judged by other judges who do not have their own model registered in that category
Judges evaluate each model selected for judging and each judge will evaluate them individually according to the judging form
If more than one model made by the same author is registered in the category, the one with the highest rating will enter the overall ranking
AWARDS:
Depending on the quality of the model, awards are divided into gold, silver and bronze
According to the judge's evaluations (taking into account the quality of the models), it is possible that no prize or only one of the possible prizes will be awarded in the category (e.g. only bronze).
The prize will not be awarded in those categories where the evaluated models did not reach the predetermined points threshold for a particular prize
